How to Add your Own Tumblr Follow Button

If you want more followers, you may want to add a more visible follow button to your tumblr page. As default if someone visits your tumblr page for the first time, there is already a follow button located at the top right section of your page.
But if you want to add a customized follow button and want to add it anywhere in your tumblr page, you can. Follow the steps below to add a follow button to your tumblr.
How to Add a Follow Button on Tumblr
For a Text Follow Link:
Follow Me for more Tumblr Tutorials
1. Copy the link below:
<a href="http://www.tumblr.com/follow/tumbtips"> Follow Me </a>
2. Replace tumbtips with your own username
3. Replace Follow Me with your own message
4. Paste the code to the Description section of your tumblr
To make the link bold: <b> [Follow Code here] </b>
To make the link italic: <i> [Follow Code here] </i>
To underline the link: <u> [Follow Code here] </u>
You can use other HTML codes to further customize your follow link.
For an Image Follow Link:
1. Copy the link below
<a href="http://www.tumblr.com/follow/tumbtips"><img src="IMAGE URL"></a>
2. Replace tumbtips with your own tumblr URL
3. Replace IMG URL with the url of the follow button you want to use.
4. Paste the code to the Description section of your tumblr
